To take part in the program, you must be a Videotron residential customer and refer a person in your entourage who is not currently subscribed to Videotron OR a current Videotron customer who wants to subscribe to a new range of Videotron services.

To refer somebody in your entourage, send us their email address by completing the form in this section. We'll send them an email right away. They can then provide us with a telephone number that they can be reached at. One of our advisors will contact them in the next 24 hours² to suggest services tailored to their needs and inform them of the latest promotional offers.

To be eligible for the program, the referred person must subscribe to at least one of the following services: television, residential Internet, mobile Internet, Wireless Internet, residential telephony or mobile telephony.

Credits will be applied to your account 60 days after your friend's services are installed¹.

A customer can refer a maximum of 12 persons per year for a total credit of $600. To be entitled to the credit of $50 per person referred, the customer making the referral must be subscribed to at least one of Videotron's residential services (except dial-up Internet) at the time of the credit's application, namely 60 days after the referred person's services have been activated. The person being referred must also meet all of the program's eligibility criteria.
