- Why is the total of my first bill higher?
The amount of your first bill includes the charges for the current month as well as the fixed monthly charges for the next two months. The charges for the current month are calculated according to the number of days between the activation date of your wireless service and the billing date.
Fixed monthly charges subject to adjustments include:
- Charges on your monthly package
- Changes for your optional features
- 911 emergency fees
- Network access fees
- What fees apply to directory assistance (411)?
Service and airtime charges apply to each call. Long-distance charges may apply to calls connected by directory assistance, when applicable.
- Can I make directory assistance requests via text messaging?
No. Directory assistance service is not yet available through SMS. The only directory assistance service currently offered is the 411 phone service.
