Call forwarding lets you forward your calls to any number when you're travelling outside your local calling area or you can't answer your phone.

When this function is activated, all calls are forwarded to the number of your choosing, meaning no calls will come in on your wireless phone.
- What is conditional call forwarding?
-
As its name implies, this function forwards calls to the selected number, albeit with some conditions. There are three options with conditional call forwarding:
- Busy transfer: calls are transferred to the selected number whenever you're already on a call.
- No answer transfer: calls are transferred to the selected number if you don't answer within 15 seconds.
- No signal transfer: calls are transferred to the selected number if your wireless phone is closed or you are outside of the coverage zone.
- How do I activate unconditional call forwarding?
First, you must be a subscriber of call forwarding. You can activate call forwarding from your wireless phone. Consult your phone's user guide for details.
You can also activate unconditional call forwarding by using the following codes:
- To activate: *21* [phone number], #, then SEND.
- To deactivate: #21#, then SEND.
- To check status: *#21#, then SEND.
Once call forwarding is activated, you will no longer receive any calls on your wireless phone.
