All Videotron devices can accept downloads. Some devices also allow you to download content from a computer, using a USB cable.

You can download content to your device in one of three ways: using your phone directly, from your computer to your phone using BluetoothTM, or from your computer to your phone using a USB cable.
- Do I need a USB cable to download content?

This isn't necessary in most cases, as you can download content directly with your phone. Using a USB cable, however, avoids data transmission costs and lets you save money!

If you download content to your computer then to your device, you will need a USB cable that is compatible with the latter.

Some devices include USB cables. If not, you can purchase them in any Videotron store.

Using your phone, open your browser. Then, select a category and surf until you've found what you're looking for. Select the desired content and follow the instructions.

- What do I do once the download is sent to my handset?

Guide messages vary depending on the model. When a ringtone or graphic element is downloaded to your phone, you are usually asked whether you want to save it, listen to or view it, or delete it. To choose an action by default, you will need to change your parameters. See your phone's user guide for instructions.
- How do I know that the content has been downloaded to my handset?

If you download directly to your handset, a message telling you that the download is complete will be sent to your handset. You can also watch, set, or delete the ringtone, authentic ringtone, or wallpaper.
- What do I do if I can't download content?

Verify that your phone is switched on, that you are within the Videotron network and your phone is able to download.
- Do I have to retrieve the download message as soon as I receive it?

No. If it doesn't open immediately, it will be saved. You can view download messages in your phone's Messages menu. Depending on the phone model, select Inbox, then Web or Alerts. You will also be asked whether you want to view download messages when you start your web browser.
- Can I download ringtones, authentic ringtones, wallpapers, or videos I have created on my computer?

Yes.
- Why haven't I received my ringtone or graphic yet?

There may be a number of reasons. Maybe:
- You are outside the Videotron network.
- The network is experiencing difficulties. Try again later.
- The content you have downloaded is not compatible with your handset.
If the problem continues, call customer service by dialling 611 from your wireless phone.
