Manufacturer's warranty: If your phone needs repairing during the manufacturer's guarantee period, visit one of our service centres. The manufacturer's guarantee is one year on handsets and three months on accessories. Proof of purchase is required to benefit from the 15-day satisfaction guarantee or the manufacturer's guarantee.

Start by consulting the "Troubleshooting" section of the user guide to see if you cannot fix the problem yourself. If it isn't possible, visit one of our service centres. If a problem is found, we will have your phone fixed. You must present your proof of purchase to determine the guarantee period.

This service provides a courtesy phone and accessories while your phone is being repaired. The phone provided to you will be programmed with your number, plus your usual services (package, options, etc.). This service is free as long as your phone is under warranty.

It may not be the same model, but we're sure you'll be satisfied with your replacement unit. We offer good-quality courtesy GSM devices. They come in a kit that includes a charger and a handy carrying case.

We recommend that you store all your phone numbers, addresses, ringtones, and pictures because they could be erased during repair.

You must return your courtesy phone within the 30 days following the notice informing you that your phone is ready for pick up. If you do not conform to these conditions, you will be charged $200, in accordance with the service terms and conditions. The same charges apply to a damaged courtesy phone.

If your guarantee is expired or if damages are not covered by the guarantee, you will be charged estimation costs. If you decide to repair your phone, the estimation costs will be deducted from the repair costs.
