- How much does text messaging cost when travelling?

All incoming messages are free no matter where you are. Messages sent are 40¢ each when in the US and 60¢ each when abroad.
- How much do calls made within Canada cost?

No matter where you are in Canada, local calls dialled do not include airtime charges. Note that when you are outside your local calling area, all calls received are considered to be long distance calls.
- How much do calls made when travelling abroad cost?

International roaming charges apply. Note that no airtime charges apply. Rates vary from one country to the other. To verify rates abroad, consult the Coverage and roaming section.
- I made calls while I was travelling abroad, but they don't appear on my bill.

It is normal that calls made abroad do not immediately appear on your bill. Our partners abroad usually take one to three months to transmit the rate information to us.
- What are the data transmission fees when I am in the US or abroad?

For the US and other countries, consult the Coverage and roaming section to verify service access and the costs in the hosting country. GPRS data transmission services are offered according to the carrier in the countries where GPRS roaming is possible. This means that to access GPRS services, you must manually select a carrier from your wireless phone. Vidéotron recommends that you manually select a network when more than one GPRS service provider is available in the same area (consult your phone's User Guide for more information). This will allows you to reduce your travel charges on GPRS networks. Note that GPRS roaming fees apply to all incoming and outgoing multimedia messages.
