What do I do once the download is sent to my phone?: Instructions vary depending on your phone's model. When you receive a ringtone or graphic, you are usually asked to save, watch/listen, or erase the download. If you want to use the download as the default, you must change your settings. For ringtones, this may be from your phone's Profile menu; for graphics, it may be in the Pictures or My pictures menu. Consult your phone's User Guide for details.

How do I know that the content has been downloaded to my phone?: If you download directly to your phone, a message telling you that the download is complete will be sent to your phone. You can also watch, set or delete the ringtone, authentic ringtone or wallpaper.

Do I have to retrieve the download message as soon as I receive it?: No. If it is not opened, it will be stored. You can retrieve the download message from your phone's Messaging menu. Depending on your phone's model, select Inbox, then Web or Alerts. You will then be asked if you wish to view your download messages when you launch your Web browser.

Can I download ringtones, authentic ringtones, wallpapers or video clips I have created on my computer?: Yes.
