How will I be billed?
You will receive a monthly invoice showing the details of the telephone services you have selected and their rates. If you were already a subscriber to other Vidéotron services, you will receive a single invoice describing your services, packages and savings, at the same billing frequency as your other services.
If you have opted for bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual billing, you will still receive an invoice for every month in which your balance is over $5.00.
What will my first invoice include following my subscription?
Every Vidéotron account has a due date, which is the same from one month to the next. The invoice consists of three main sections:
The first section includes connection and activation charges, where applicable.
The second section includes monthly charges like basic service, optional features, long distance plans and all recurrent charges. Because services are billed in advance, the first invoice usually includes part of the month between the date of your connection and your due date.
The third section of your invoice will also include communications billed on a per-use basis (long distance calls, Calling Card calls) and/or options billed on a per-use basis (e.g. *69) during the billing period (from one due date to the next).
If you have opted for bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual billing, your invoice will include the monthly payments for each of the months involved.
How do I pay my invoice?
Vidéotron offers simple and convenient payment methods such as pre-authorized bank payment, pre-authorized credit card payment, payment by cheque, at an ATM or at your financial institution.
