Linking accounts
The Single Sign-on or unique identifier, is one name and one password to access your services online (WebMail, Customer Center). Simplify your life.
Note that even if registration to a unique identifier is recommended, it is not mandatory.
Secondary accounts and delegations
The Vidéotron account holder can create secondary accounts for other account users to delegate access to certain services. Up to 5 user accounts* can be created, modified or deleted as you like. Each user has their own username and password to manage their profile and access their assigned services online. For example, couples can access their online invoices without sharing the same username.
Increased security
The technology that underlies the unique identifier offers increased security. The criteria established for choosing a username and password are stricter, and secret questions allow users who have forgotten their password to identify themselves. Your personal information is safer than ever.
Subscribe to the unique identifier in 3 easy steps:
1. Open a Customer Centre session.
2. Access your profile.
3. Enable the option "Link my accounts".
