Who can participate in this program?
To participate in this program, you must be a Videotron residential customer and recommend us to someone you know who does not currently subscribe to any Videotron services. A new customer may be referred only once.

How many people can I refer?
You can refer up to twelve people per year, allowing you to receive credits totalling as much as $600!

How do I refer someone?
It's simple! Just send us the e-mail address of the person you would like to refer by logging into your customer centre and filling out the form at videotron.com/refer. An e-mail will be sent to that address automatically, explaining that you have referred that person to us as part of this program. The person can then provide us with a phone number where he or she can be reached. One of our advisors will then contact the person within 48 hours to tell him or her about our products and services, as well as our current promotions.

What are the conditions for receiving credits on my bill?
To receive the credits offered by this program, you must be a Videotron residential customer and recommend us to someone you know who does not currently subscribe to any Videotron services. Credits will be applied to your account 60 days after that person's service has been installed. This program is a limited-time offer. Services, conditions and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
