Technical tip / Cable modem reset
Should a problem occur with your service, here is a simple procedure that we suggest you try
before contacting us.
This will allow you to reset your cable modem and re-establish contact with the Vidéotron network.
Shut down of your computer;
Unplug the modem's electrical cord from the power outlet for about 60 seconds;
Replug the electrical cord in the power outlet (to re-establish);
Restart your computer.
