Messages export to Outlook Express
- First, click on the "Tools" menu, then on "Options"

- Click on the "Maintenance" tab , then on the "Store Folder" button.

- Right-click on your mouse and click on "Select All".

- Once the text is selected, right-click again on your mouse and click on "Copy".

- Once this step is completed, close the Microsoft Outlook Express software.
Click on the "Start" menu, then "Run". In the text area, right-click on your mouse and click on "Paste".

- Click on "OK".

- This will open a new window of "Windows Explorer".
Click on the "Edit" menu and on "Select All".

- Click again on the "Edit"
menu and click this time on "Copy".

- Browse the directory where you want to save the back-up file. If you need a new directory to be created, select the "File" menu, "New" and then "Folder".

- Name the directory "Saved emails" or whatever you likes.

- Double-click on the directory "Saved emails".

- Click on "Edit" and "Paste".
