PREPARE FOR THE TECHNICIAN'S VISIT

For your appointment to go as smoothly as possible,
plan for the technician's arrival at your new address bearing the following in mind:

GENERAL PREPARATION

and must know the reason for the visit to be able to guide the technician.

CLEAR ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT AND OUTLETS

To avoid breakage and to save time, the technician will not move furniture during the visit.

CHECK IF THERE ARE ANY RESTRICTIONS

in your building that the technician must take into account, e.g. cannot drill a hole through an outside wall, etc.

Sometimes, the building superintendent must be present to unlock a room.

Think about the ideal location for your equipment. The technician will make the best recommendation for optimal performance based on your needs.
