At Videotron Business, we believe that female leadership is more than a concept: it is a driving force capable of transforming the business world.
We have always been committed to creating a unique space where women can meet, exchange, inspire each other, and shine. And for the past three years, we have been intensifying our commitment to the cause of women's leadership, notably through the Women’s Pro-am on the Course Videotron Business event, which allows us to achieve our vision with greater impact.
In collaboration with the PGA of Québec, we launched the Women’s Pro-am on the Course Videotron Business, which symbolizes our common desire to support a strong, ambitious new generation of women who are ready to follow their dreams.
On September 11, 2025, under a bright sun, the Le Blainvillier golf club welcomed the third edition of our flagship event. Held under the theme of leadership and excellence, the day brought together a little more than a hundred participants: clients, partners, colleagues, and guests of honour, in an atmosphere conducive to exchanges and collaboration.
Golf, encounters, and inspiration
The third edition of the Women’s Pro-am on the Course Videotron Business began with a golf clinic led by PGA professionals. The clinic, presented by Samsung, one of our key partners, provided participants with a unique opportunity to hone their technique, while building relationships. Our General Manager, Erick Muñoz, then took the floor and emphasized the importance of the Women’s Pro-am on the Course Videotron Business in our mission to promote female leadership.

The opening tee shots began at noon, and participants played an 18-hole course. Each team was accompanied by a PGA professional, who offered tips and tricks along the way.
Heartwarming testimonies
The day of golf was followed by a cocktail reception. Our colleague Audrey Rioux, Senior Manager, Brand and Communications, hosted the evening.
During the evening, two inspiring guests of honour, gave a speech on the theme of female leadership:
- Isabelle Dessureault, President and CEO of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal
- Jessica Harnois, sommelier, speaker, host, author, and CEO of Productions Jessica Harnois inc.
Their testimonies highlighted the concrete impact of women's leadership in our professional environments. Our guests of honour were able to move, motivate, and rally all those present around a single conviction: women leaders have the power to transform the business world.
