*This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers. It entails offering customers who trade in an eligible device with the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 512 GB device (available only for pre-order at this time), with the Take-back Credit option, when combined with a subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59 and a 24-month agreement, savings of more than $1300. The customer gets: (i) an increased value of minimum $810 when trading in an eligible device in-store when the trade-in device is of the Samsung S, Note, or Z series; and (ii) a Take-back Credit of $558, which makes it possible to reduce the amount of the 24 monthly payments related to the purchase of the device. The price of the device without an agreement is $2,100 (before any discounts or credits, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes). 
Conditions related to the purchase of the device: The purchase of the device is offered with the Videotron Simplified Payment option, when combined with a subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59, with a 24-month agreement and the Videotron Take-back Credit. The Videotron Take-back Credit entails a monthly discount, valid for 24 months, of $23.25, conditional upon customer returning the device, in good condition, to a Videotron store, in the 30 days following the end of the 24-month agreement. The conditions, requirements to be met, and necessary preparation for an acceptable return are available at: videotron.com/mobilite/credit-retour. Two monthly payments related to the purchase of the device will be recorded on the first invoice. If the agreement is cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, the remaining payments shall be borne by the customer, and if the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discounted device multiplied by the number of months remaining, including applicable taxes, will apply.
Conditions related to the Trade-in program: The trade-in must be done in-store. As part of this offer, the trade-in value is calculated by a third-party tool provided by Phobio LLC and will appear in the form of a credit on the customer’s invoice. The trade-in value is final and non-negotiable, and will be increased, with the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 512 GB device, by $810 when customer trades in a device from the Samsung Galaxy S, Galaxy Z, or Galaxy Note series or by $560 when customer trades in any other eligible device with a minimum value of $20. The trade-in value of the device, as indicated in the customer’s agreement and invoice, will include the amount of the bonus, up to a maximum of $1,300. In the event that the value of the trade-in and bonus combined exceeds $1,300, the surplus will be added to the bonus section. The total trade-in value, including the bonus, can reach a maximum of $1,800. If customer returns their new device purchased as part of this offer, their old device traded in will not be returned to them. Limit of one trade-in device per transaction. To be eligible for the program, the trade-in device must belong to the customer, be functional, and be free of any major physical or technical damage. Customer is responsible for deleting or saving any personal data stored on the trade-in device. Videotron and Phobio LLC are not liable for any loss of personal data and are in no way responsible for recovering said data.
Conditions related to AI features: Connection to a Samsung account is required to use certain Samsung AI features. The Galaxy AI features will be offered free of charge until the end of 2025 on supported Samsung Galaxy devices. Different conditions may apply to AI features provided by third parties.
