Galaxy Z Flip7 pre-order offer : This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers. It consists of offering customers who trade in an eligible device, with the Take-back Credit option, the purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 256 GB device at $0/month (currently only available for preorder), when combined with a subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59, with a 24-month agreement. The customer gets: (i) an increased value of $480 when trading in an eligible device in-store upon trade-in of a Samsung Galaxy S, Galaxy Z, or Galaxy Note device; (ii) a Take-back Credit of $600, which makes it possible to reduce the amount of the 24 monthly payments related to the purchase of the device; and (iii) a discount on the new device, valued at $606. The price of the device without an agreement is $1,464 (before any discounts or credits, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes).
Conditions related to the purchase of the device: The purchase of the device is available with the Videotron Simplified Payment option, upon subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59, with a 24-month agreement and the Videotron Take-back Credit. The Videotron Take-back Credit entails a monthly discount, valid for 24 months, of $25.25, conditional upon customer returning the device, in good condition, to a Videotron store, in the 30 days following the end of the 24-month agreement. Conditions related to the Trade-in program: The trade-in must be done in-store. As part of this offer, the trade-in value is calculated by a third-party tool provided by Phobio LLC and will appear in the form of a credit on the customer’s invoice. The trade-in value determined is definitive and non-negotiable, and will be increased by $480 upon trade-in of a Samsung Galaxy S, Galaxy Z, or Galaxy Note device, or by $360 upon trade-in of any other eligible device. The trade-in value, including the bonus increase, shall not exceed $1,600. If customer returns their new device purchased as part of this offer, their old device traded in will not be returned to them. Limit of one trade-in device per transaction. To be eligible for the program, the trade-in device must belong to the customer, be functional, and be free of any major physical or technical damage. Customer is responsible for deleting or saving any personal data stored on the trade-in device. Videotron and Phobio LLC are not liable for any loss of personal data and are in no way responsible for recovering said data. Two monthly payments related to the purchase of the device will be recorded on the first invoice. If the agreement is cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, the remaining payments shall be borne by the customer, and if the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discounted device multiplied by the number of months remaining, including applicable taxes, will apply. Conditions related to AI features: Connection to a Samsung account is required to use certain Samsung AI features. The Galaxy AI features will be offered free of charge until the end of 2025 on supported Samsung Galaxy devices. Different conditions may apply to AI features provided by third parties.
