Notwithstanding the trade-in value determined by Phobio, Videotron can grant the customer who trades in their device the maximum value of $1,800, which includes the value of the bonus, if applicable. If customer returns their new device, their old device will not be returned to them. Limit of one trade-in device per transaction. To be eligible for the program, the trade-in device must belong to the customer, be functional, and be free of any major physical or technical damage. Customer is responsible for deleting or saving any personal data stored on the trade-in device.
