Initial installation and support fees are included. However, installation fees may vary depending on the plan chosen. For the Practical plan (All-Inclusive Internet), the installation fee is $99.95, for the Versatile plan (Internet + TIPN), the fee is $99.95, and for the Powerful plan (Internet + TIPN + Wi-Fi Pro), the fee is $199.95.

Typically, it takes 10-15 business days to migrate your services to Cloud Communications. Note that during this period, your current services will work as usual.
