Turn on my Wi-Fi

1. You have to make sure your mobile Wi-Fi is charged and the SIM card is inserted correctly.
2. Press the « WI-FI » button for a few seconds until the device starts.

Find my password

Your password is on the sticker under the cover on the back of the device. It’s an eight-figure number by default.

Where to use my mobile Wi-Fi

Can I use my connection on all my computers

Mobile Wi-Fi can be used on a number of compatible computers. Total usage will be deducted from the usage allotted under your monthly plan

My service doesn’t work outside the Videotron network.

Videotron’s mobile Internet service does not work outside the Videotron network. If you wish to access this service beyond the actual network, contact Customer Service for activation.

I often lose the signal of my mobile Internet connection.

Make sure you’re in a Videotron coverage zone, and signal reception is at its best. Numerous factors may be affecting your Internet signal.
