How to download and use the COMMaffaires app

The Cloud Communications service allows you to receive calls on your mobile device or directly on your computer via the CommAffaires app.

Server selection when opening the application

When installing the application, you will be prompted to select one of the two servers:

  • Cloud communications 1
  • Cloud communications 2

You will need to select the server communicated during the Cloud Communications deployment.

Good to know

This selection must be made when installing the application for the first time or when it is reinstalled.

COMMaffaires (UC-One) allows you to create groups of contacts. These can include groups of users you contact on a regular basis.

For example, you can create a group of contacts consisting of members of a project team.
