Where is the service available?
The SIP Trunk service is available everywhere there is Videotron Cable Telephony. The service requires also a Videotron Business Internet.
The SIP Trunk service can receive phone numbers from all phone exchanges covered by Videotron wired telephony network. More specifically, all the exchanges covered by the Cable Telephony, as well as a few additional exchanges such as Trois-Rivières, Val d’Or, Toronto or Ottawa. The SIP Trunk service over dedicated fibre optic is available on the dedicated fiber optic territory of Videotron, Fibrenoire and most of Canada through partners. Please contact a Videotron account director for a custom evaluation.
