This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers. It entails of offering customer who trades in an eligible device, with the Take-back Credit and the Trade-in Credit options, the purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy S26 256 GB device for $5/month, when combined with a subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59, with a 24-month agreement. The customer gets: (i)  a Trade-In Credit of $200 when trading in a Samsung Galaxy S24 128 GB in-store, related to the Videotron Trade-In Program; (ii) an increased value of minimum $160 when trading in that device in-store; (iii) a Take-back Credit of $432, which makes it possible to reduce the amount of the 24 monthly payments related to the purchase of the device; and (iiii) a discount on the device, valued at $336. The price of the device without an agreement is $1,248 (before any discounts or credits, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes).
Conditions related to the Trade-in program: The trade-in must be done in-store. The trade-in value is calculated by a third-party tool provided by Phobio LLC. The minimum value of the trade-in device must be $200 for the customer to take advantage of the offer. The value of the trade-in device will be applied as a credit spread over 24 months. Notwithstanding the trade-in value determined by Phobio, Videotron can grant the customer who trades in their device a maximum value of $1,800, which includes the value of the bonus, if applicable. If customer returns their new device, their old device will not be returned to them. Limit of one trade-in device per transaction. To be eligible for the program, the trade-in device must belong to the customer, be functional, and be free of any major physical or technical damage. Customer is responsible for deleting or saving any personal data stored on the trade-in device. Videotron and Phobio LLC are not liable for any loss of personal data and are in no way responsible for recovering said data.
General conditions: Mobile activation fees of up to $70 per Line not included. Applicable municipal, provincial, and federal taxes and fees extra. Conditions related to cancellation: Two monthly payments related to the purchase of the device will be recorded on the first invoice. If the agreement is cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, the remaining payments shall be borne by the customer, and if the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discounted device multiplied by the number of months remaining, including applicable taxes, will apply.
