Static IP addresses are currently not compatible with the Cobra 5G Xtream gateway. Additional equipment is provided in the case of a combination of static IP addresses and the Guaranteed Internet option.
Yes. Router features allow integration into a LAN network already in place in your company. Please note that Videotron Business does not offer support for this type of use.
The Cobra 5G Xtream gateway is a wireless reading device. For optimal Wi-Fi coverage for your business, we offer the Wi-Fi Pro solution, with equipment from the HPE Aruba family.
At this time, we do not offer telephony service using this equipment. However, we offer several traditional and IP Telephony solutions for businesses.

Delivery
Packages are usually received within 48 working hours in urban areas and 72 working hours in rural areas following the order. Additional delays may occur during holiday periods.
