It is a shared SIP connection with certified Cloud Connect providers. Webex Calling customers can choose their preferred certified provider and select it directly in the Webex Control Hub dashboard to route calls to the public switched telephone network.
No, this is not necessary. Videotron and Cisco are already directly interconnected through Cisco’s data centres in Canada. All you need to do is establish a commercial agreement with Videotron, provide your Org ID, and select Videotron in your Control Hub.
Yes. Cloud Connect supports Webex Contact Center. As a Certified Calling Provider, Videotron Business can provide connectivity for both your Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center environments.
