Videotron account holders can authorize others to access the Business Customer Centre online services.
These are known as secondary users. With their own username and password, each secondary user manages their profile and accesses the online services assigned to them. Account holders grant permissions to secondary users and can thereby delegate certain aspects of the account management (e.g., bill payment).
Adding a secondary user
Only account holders can add secondary users (up to five).
- Log in to your Business Customer Centre.
- In Account and Billing, under Your Account, select Manage Account Users.
- Under Authorized Users, click Add User.
Editing or removing a secondary user
Account holders can change the settings and permissions of secondary users. For some changes, such as changing the access rights or password, an email will be sent to secondary user.
- Log in to your Business Customer Centre.
- In Account and Billing, under Your Account, select Manage Account Users.
- Select a secondary user by clicking View.
- Change the information or permissions.
- To remove the user, click Remove User.
I am a secondary user and I would like to access more services.
Only Videotron account holders can change the permissions granted to secondary users. To access more services, you must ask your business’s account holder. Note that Business Videotron Customer Service will not be able to override the account holder in assigning permissions.
