* Multi-service discount: This offer applies to Videotron Business customers who subscribe to an eligible Internet plan combined with an eligible Mobile plan. Customers already subscribed to a Mobile service are not eligible for this offer. The offer entails a monthly discount of $10 upon subscription to an eligible Internet plan, conditional upon customer adding a new Mobile Line to their services. Eligible Internet plans include: 15 Business Internet, 50 Business Internet, 200 Business Internet, 500 Business Internet, and GIGA Business Internet. The $10 monthly discount allows the customer to save on the total amount of their invoice, bringing the Mobile service rate to $35/month. The regular monthly service rate for the plan is $45. The $10 monthly discount cannot be cumulated and is applied to the invoice once, regardless of the number of Mobile Lines on the account. Canada-International plan: This plan includes unlimited local and long-distance calls anywhere in Canada. It also includes local calls in the included countries, as well as calls from these countries to Canada. The advertised price includes a monthly credit per Line, the amount of which varies depending on the number of Lines added per order to the account. No speed slowdown : Contrary to other service providers, Videotron never slows down your data speed. Data latency may still occur as a result of external factors. Certain conditions apply.
Wi-Fi Calling : Wi-Fi Calling service is offered to Videotron customers who own a device compatible with the aforementioned technology. To subscribe to this service, customers must activate the Wi-Fi Calling function in their device’s settings, and accept the service’s terms of use. Wi-Fi calls require a connection to a wired Wi-Fi network in order to allow for signal transmission; therefore, it is impossible to use Wi-Fi Calling when on-board means of transport (trains, buses, airplanes, boats, etc.), or to make Wi-Fi Calls using a shared connection. All use of the Wi-Fi Calling service will be deducted from the minutes included in your Mobile plan. If your plan does not include unlimited minutes, you may incur fees for exceeding minutes. Use of the Wi-Fi Calling service for video calling incurs Internet data consumption, which will be deducted from the Internet plan belonging to the Wi-Fi signal provider. Invoicing rules may vary according to the customer’s location when making Wi-Fi calls. Specific limitations apply to Emergency 911 services.
