Change my profile information on the fibrenoire.io portal

You can change your password, language, and other information in your profile

Good to know

If you have forgotten your username, know that it is your email. It cannot be changed.

Change your password

  1. Log on to the fibrenoire.io portal, then open a session using your current password.
  2. At the top of the page, on the right, click on Settings.
  3. Click on Change password in the bar on the left.
  4. Enter your old password as well as the new one, then click on Update password.

After 5 unsuccessful connexion attempts, the account is temporarily blocked. Try again later or change your password via the Forgot your password feature.

Change profile language

To change the language of the “Settings” section of the account:

  1. Log in to the fibrenoire.io portal
  2. At the top of the page, on the right, click Settings.
  3. Click Profile in the bar on the left.
  4. Select the desired language from the drop-down and click Save changes.

To change the display language of the portal:

  1. Log in to the fibrenoire.io portal
  2. Click on English in the menu at the top right of Settings

To change your contact information or accesses, you must ask an administrator who can change them from the Contacts section.
