Registering a new user for the fibrenoire.io portal

The steps to follow to add a user or administrator and to get started with the fibrenoire.io portal

The fibrenoire.io portal features

The portal fibrenoire.io facilitates the management of access and service modifications. This platform also offers the possibility to make requests to technical support, by creating and tracking tickets.

Adding a new user to the portal

You must have an Administrator access to add users. If there is no user Administrator, contact your Account Director.

Good to know

You can view the list of user Administrators for your account in the ‘’Account’’ section of the portal.
  1. Go to the Contacts section in the bar on the left in the portal.
  2. Under the list of contacts, click on the Add a new contact button.
  3. Complete the required fields.
  4. Select the permissions and communications that you would like to grant the new user.
    Make sure you select the “Access to portal” permission
  5. Click on Save

The added user will receive an email that will allow them to access the portal. The activation link in the email will be valid for a period of 24 hours.

After this time, you will need to use the password reset feature to access the portal.

Giving portal access to an existing contact

It is possible that someone is already added to the contact list but does not have access to the portal.

  1. In the contact list, next to the user to edit, click the "⋮" button.
  2. Click Update contact.
  3. In the pop-up, in the Permissions section, check the Portal access box
  4. Click on the Submit button

Submit an access request to edit business account users

To make changes such as editing and adding users to the business account, you must have “Access to contact management” permission.

You must request permission from your user Administrator; they can create accesses directly in the fibrenoire.io portal.

  1. Log in to the portal and go to the Contacts section
  2. Locate the contact you want to grant permission to and click on the 3-dot symbol under Actions and then on Update contact
  3. In the pop-up, in the Permissions section, select the Access to contact management box
  4. Click on the Submit button

Configurate my portal

These are the steps to follow to launch my account’s configuration

  1. Log in to fibrenoire.io portal using your email address
  2. The process will launch automatically and all you will have to do is follow the steps that appear onscreen :
    • Click on the link received by email
    • Create a new password and log in
    • Access the portal
