The fibrenoire.io portal is a self-service platform that allows you to access information such as:

The portal also allows autonomous management of accesses and requests for changes and service modifications. This platform also lets you submit requests to technical support by creating and tracking tickets. It is an interesting visual tool; it allows you to consult important visuals and metrics and their performance levels.

  • Total amount to be paid with the addition of the age of accounts

And closed transactions:

  • Date payment was made
  • Invoice number and download option
