The connection to the network has failed. SIM card removal. The modem is not responding to web commands.

The modem has lost the IP address or has been disconnected from the network. It acts as an emergency uplink.

Red and blinking
There is hardware failure associated with a USB device. The USB device connected is not compatible.

Ethernet ports
Each 100/1000BASE-T Ethernet port has two LED indicators. These lights, on each side of the port, reveal the status and activity of the port.
- LIAISON/ACT: this light (left side) displays the connection status and port activity.
- STATUS: this light (right side) displays the port status according to the command line interpreter (or CLI).
LIAISON/ACT - Green and solid
Connected.

LIAISON/ACT - Green and blinking
The port is transmitting or receiving data.

LIAISON/ACT - Off
There is no connection.

STATUS - Green and solid
Connected at 1,000 Mbps.

STATUS – Off
Connected at 100 Mbps.

General condition of the equipment
The Power indicator turns on for 13 seconds, then shuts off for 2 seconds, and indefinitely repeats this sequence in a loop.

The BIOS charges in a loop, without truly starting. The equipment probably needs to be replaced. Contact Technical Support.
Power LED indicator turns on, but solid

Wait 15 minutes. If, after this time, no other LED indicator comes on, contact Technical.
None of the LED indicators—neither on front nor on back of the modem—is on. OR No LED indicator is on on the front, but one is blinking on the back.
The equipment probably needs to be replaced. Contact Technical Support
No LED indicators are on in the front, but one light is on and solid in the back.
Wait 2 minutes for the Power LED indicator to come on. If the equipment is not working as expected, contact Technical Support.
