Forgotten logins and passwords

If you forgot your username :

1. Access your admin portal by using the link corresponding to the server communicated during the deployment of the solution:
   • Cloud communications 1 :https://commnuage.videotron.com/myphonenext
   • Cloud communications 2 : https://commaffaires.videotron.com/myphonenext
2. Click on  forgot username
3. Type your email address linked to your account
4. Your will receive your username by email

If you forgot your password :

1. Access your admin portal by using the link corresponding to the server communicated during the deployment of the solution:
   • Cloud communications 1 : https://commnuage.videotron.com/myphonenext
   • Cloud communications 2 : https://commaffaires.videotron.com/myphonenext
2. Click on forgot password
3. Type your email address linked to your account
4. Your will receive a temporary password by email
5. Follow the instructions on the email and change your password

If you forgot your password
Here is some simple steps :

1. Access your admin portal by using the link corresponding to the server communicated during the deployment of the solution :
   • Cloud communications 1 : https://commnuage.videotron.com/rep/.
   • Cloud communications 2 : https://commaffaires.videotron.com/rep/.
2. Enter your username and click on forgot password.

3. You will get an email with a temporary password. 

   Attention : This password will expire within 24 hours.

4. Enter the temporary password.
5. Choose a new password.
6. Click OK.
