If you forgot your username :
- Access your admin portal by using the link corresponding to the server communicated during the deployment of the solution:
- Cloud communications 1 : https://commnuage.videotron.com/myphonenext
- Cloud communications 2 : https://commaffaires.videotron.com/myphonenext
- Click on forgot username
- Type your email address linked to your account
- Your will receive your username by email
If you forgot your password :
- Access your admin portal by using the link corresponding to the server communicated during the deployment of the solution:

- Cloud communications 2 : https://commaffaires.videotron.com/myphonenext
- Click on forgot password
- Type your email address linked to your account
- Your will receive a temporary password by email
- Follow the instructions on the email and change your password
Good to know
It is not possible to use a temporary password directly in the mobile application.

Here is some simple steps :
- Access your admin portal by using the link corresponding to the server communicated during the deployment of the solution :
- Cloud communications 1 : https://commnuage.videotron.com/rep/.
- Cloud communications 2 : https://commaffaires.videotron.com/rep/.
- Enter your username and click on forgot password.
You will get an email with a temporary password.
Attention : This password will expire within 24 hours.
- Enter the temporary password.
- Choose a new password.
- Click OK.
Good to know
An acceptable password contains 10 characters, including an uppercase, a lowercase, a number, and a special character (@, #, $, %, &, *), and it must be different from the last 10 passwords used.
