How to log in
- Download the application using this link: https://www.webex.com/downloads.html
- Open the Webex application.
- Tap Sign-in.
- 4 Use the email linked to your user to log in.
- 5 Press Next.
How to make a call
- Click on the Phone icon in the sidebar.
- Enter the phone number.
- Click on Audio Call or Video Call.
How to answer a call
- A window opens with the options Answer or Decline.
- Click on Answer to accept the call.
How to use the voicemail
- Go to the Voicemail tab.
- Click on a message to listen to it.
- Press the « Play » button to hear it.
If you want to listen to the message later, it will remain in your voicemail list. - To delete the message, press the delete tab.
How to call transfer
- During a call, click on More options (three dots).
- Select Transfer call.
- 3 Enter phone number or extension.
- 4 Choose between: Consult the person you want to transfer the call before making the transfer or Click Transfer now to transfer the call directly.
How to use the conference call
- During a call, click on More options (three dots).
- Select Conference.
- 3 Enter the name or phone number.
- 4 Press the phone tab.
- 5 Subsequently, press again on the three small dots.
- 6 Click on Merge.
- 7
Select the number or person you want to merge into the call.
Once connected, all participants are in a conference.
Please note that you can hang up and the two callers will remain in conversation.
How to use call forwarding when absent
- Click on your initials.
- 2 Select Availability.
- 3 Select Away.
- 4 Choose the greeting.
- 5 Enter its end time.
- 6 Enter the number you want to redirect your calls to or choose to send them directly to your voicemail.
- 7 Select an option for managing notifications.
- 8 Activate by pressing Set.
- 9 It is possible to turn off the forwarding or modify it at any time.
