Resolving Business Customer Centre connection issues

Find out how to access your account when you are having difficulty logging in.

Tip

If, while logging in, you get an error message not pertaining to your username or password, empty your browser’s cache and try again. This may resolve the issue.

I forgot my username

To recover your username, enter the email address for correspondence listed in your account. Your username will be sent to this address.

I never entered an email address for correspondence in my secondary user profile.

If you have not entered an address for correspondence in your Business Customer Centre’s secondary user profile (in Your Account > Change your profile), we will not be able to send you your username.

You then have two options:

  1. Ask your Videotron account holder to recover it by following the recovery procedure indicated above.
  2. Ask your Videotron account holder to recover it by contacting Videotron Business Customer Service.

I forgot my password

In the Connection window, reset your password by clicking on the Forgot your password? Next, follow the instructions onscreen.

My account is locked

Your Business Customer Centre account will be locked after five unsuccessful login attempts. This allows us to protect your personal information in case of fraud.

What should I do?

If you find yourself in this situation, the website will automatically redirect you to a reset page. Change your password by following the instructions on the screen.

If you do not receive a temporary password, please call Business Customer Service.

   

Unlock secondary user account

Account holders can unlock secondary user accounts in the Manage Account Users section of the Customer Centre. Learn more about users management.

I suspect that my account has been hacked.

The best way to prevent your account from being hacked is to change your password on a regular basis. Use complex, hard-to-guess passwords and avoid using the same password for your different online accounts. More tips on how to change your password.
