Logging on to the fibrenoire.io portal

Find all the information you need to log on to the fibrenoire.io portal for the management of your connectivity services.

Login Procedure

  1. Access the portal at fibrenoire.io
  2. Enter your username. Your username is your email address.
  3. Enter your password for this account.

     
    Have you been registered for the portal but never received the activation email? The link in the activation email has expired? 
    Please follow the password reset instructions. You will receive a new email at the address provided, to set up the password that will allow you to access the portal.
  4. If you have configured your two-factor authentication : Enter the 6-digit code generated on your mobile by the Authenticator app (via Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
  5. You now have access to the fibrenoire.io portal.

Accessing fibrenoire.io portal

If you do not have access to the fibrenoire.io portal, you must request access from your user Administrator.

Your user Administrator will be able to create the access from the fibrenoire.io portal.

If you do not have a user Administrator, please contact your Account Director.

Resetting your password

To recover a forgotten password, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Access the fibrenoire.io portal.
  2. In the login window, enter your email address, then click Next.
  3. In the next window, click Forgot Password.
  4. Re-enter your email address. If an account exists for the address provided, an email will be sent to you with a link to reset the password.
  5. Follow the steps to reset your password.
