How to use Parental Control on your TV

Controls and limits must first be activated before you can modify Parental Control.

Enabling and disabling Parental Control

  1. Press the yellow triangle A button on your remote to display the
    Settings and applications menu.
  2. Select Settings, then Controls and limits. Enter your PIN in the window that appears on the screen.
  3. Select Modify controls and limits. to enable or disable Parental Control and identify content that should be filtered (8+, 13+, 16+, 18+). You can also choose to only hide adult content (pornographic material).

Other Method

You can also enable or disable Parental Control by pressing the green diamond D button in the Program Guide and selecting Suspend or Apply controls and limits.

Suspend controls and limits

To suspend parental controls, blocked channels, and blocked times for a previously defined period,

  1. Press the D button on your remote control.
  2. Next, select Suspend controls and limits in the menu.

It is possible to suspend controls and limits for a certain period. Go to the Restricting TV access at a specific time section to find out how.

Blocking access to certain channels from the main menu

  1. Press the yellow triangle A button on your remote to display the
    Settings and applications menu.
  2. Select Settings, then Controls and limits.
  3. Enter your PIN in the window that appears on the screen.
  4. Select Modify controls and limits, then Blocked channels.

Block access to certain channels from the program guide

  1. Select the channel for which you’d like to restrict access and press the green diamond D button on your remote control.
  2. Select Add to blocked channels.

Restricting TV access at a specific time

You can select restricted hours.

  1. Press the yellow triangle A button on your remote to display the
    Settings and applications menu.
  2. Select Settings, then Restrictions en fonction de l’heure
  3. Select Modify controls and limits then Time-Based Restrictions.
  4. Select restricted hours.
