Contact Customer Service and we’ll send you an application form. In it, describe your network and needs. Return the completed form to us by email.

How to do a reverse DNS lookup on one of my IP addresses?
Email your request to dnsmaster@videotron.net.
Make sure you include the name of your server and the IP address.
All requests will be processed free of charge, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Outside of these operating hours, contact your representative. Charges will apply.
Important: The request must be made by an account holder.
