At the Château Frontenac, the murder of an engineer puts Céline on a new investigation. The man, found cemented in a bathtub, was responsible for the collapse of an overpass that killed 12 people. Would the relatives of a victim have wanted revenge? The murder occurred at the beginning of an important civil engineering conference. Could the fierce competition between the companies that want to obtain the huge contract for the construction of the "3rd link" between Québec City and its south shore be at the origin of the tragedy?
