Once you’ve subscribed to one of our TV App plans, simply download the Helix TV app to your mobile devices, then log in with your Helix ID and password. Download the Helix TV app on Google Play or the App Store . You can also access the app on your computer through the Helix Web platform .

Why use Chromecast with the Helix TV app?

Google Chromecast is a device that streams content from a smartphone or tablet to another screen. All types of content available with a TV App plan can be streamed via Chromecast: live broadcasts, On Demand content, recordings, etc.

Why use the Helix TV app with an Amazon Fire device?

Amazon Fire comes in different formats that allow you to stream content from a variety of platforms, including the Helix TV app. You will have access to your Helix TV content catalogue and be able to use most of the app’s features, such as programming and viewing recordings, accessibility options, Parental Control, etc.

Why use AirPlay with the Helix TV app?

AirPlay is an Apple Wi-Fi protocol used to stream content from an iPhone or iPad to a compatible device (AppleTV, smart TV, speakers, etc.). Your live channels, On Demand content, and recordings available with a TV App plan can be streamed using AirPlay.

Can I record content when I have a TV App plan?

Cloud recording of your shows is available as a paid option with a TV App plan. Three recording capacities are available: 100 hours, 200 hours, and unlimited. This addition to your plan can be done directly in My Account.

What is a Premium channel included with a TV App plan?

Every TV App plan includes a Premium channel, either Club illico, Super Channel , or Superstations. Don’t miss out on all Club illico original series !
