Shedding light on the history of Québec’s sex industry
We retrace the incredible history of forbidden Québec from the ’70s to the present day. The series explores the careers of businessmen and women involved in the sex trade, as well as those of ordinary citizens who have made sex their livelihood. Because Pornhub wasn’t created in a day, the series also helps us better understand the origins of contemporary issues related to this industry. More than an incursion into the world of sex, Sexe inc. is a true portrait of a society in metamorphosis, seeking by all means to decomplex and emancipate itself.
