How do I change the names of my Wi-Fi Pods?
- Open your Helix Fi App or log in to the Helix Fi web portal (moncompte.videotron.com).
- Go to Network.
- Select the Wi-Fi Pods that you want to rename.
- Go to Edit.
- Enter the Wi-Fi Pod's new name.
How can I set my Wi-Fi Pods to online/offline?
If a Pod goes offline, it will be shown as such in the Network section of the Helix Fi App or web portal. To bring it back online:
- Select the offline Pod from the list.
- Select Help Me Fix It for tips on how to bring the Wi-Fi Pod online.
- Wait two minutes while the Pod is updated in the Helix Fi App or web portal.
