The Same Plan, Same Number plan allows you to make and receive calls, exchange text messages, and use mobile data from an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone. Your watch and phone use the same number, and the data used by the watch is deducted from the Mobile plan linked to your phone.

Same Plan, Same Number plan
This offer applies to Videotron customers. It entails offering the Same Plan, Same Number plan (for Smartwatches) at $10 per month when the plan is combined with a subscription to an eligible Mobile data plan. Customer must own a watch with compatible cellular connectivity. At this time, the offer only applies to Apple Watches. Conditions: When bringing their own watch, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their watch and associated mobile device are compatible, at all times, with Videotron’s network and platforms, as well as those of its partner service providers. The Apple Watch must be connected to an iPhone (the watch does not work with other brands of mobile devices). The customer must be subscribed to an eligible Videotron Mobile data plan to subscribe to a Videotron smartwatch plan. Conditions related to the Same Plan, Same Number plan: The cellular smartwatch uses the phone number and data included in the eligible Mobile plan to which the customer is subscribed. The smartwatch plan includes an eSIM and only applies to Apple Watches at this time. The Same Plan, Same Number plan covers Canada only, even if the customer has a Mobile plan that includes data that can be used abroad. The customer can still use their watch in another country, however, to receive or make calls, receive or send text messages, and use data, as long as their mobile device is nearby. General conditions: Applicable municipal, provincial, and federal taxes and fees extra. All taxes and fees are subject to be modified at any time by the relevant authorities. Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of your Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, Mobile activation fees, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.

5G and 5G+
5G and 5G+ technologies are accessible on compatible devices, where a connection to the 5G or 5G+ network is possible. 5G and 5G+ coverage, product features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity, as well as various factors such as the plan, the device used, and environmental conditions. Outside 5G and 5G+ areas, compatible devices will continue to have access to LTE speeds, according to the available coverage. The 5G+ network is currently available in certain areas of the Greater Québec City area, as well as the Greater Montréal area and its surrounding regions. Data without slowdown
Contrary to other service providers, Videotron never slows down your data speed. Data latency may still occur as a result of external factors. Certain conditions apply.

Delivery
Packages are usually received within 48 working hours in urban areas and 72 working hours in rural areas following the order. Additional delays may occur during holiday periods.
