Videotron’s Municipal billing policy

Municipal billing policy

The purpose of the Municipal billing policy is to establish billing rules and processes for requests made by a city or municipality for relocation or redevelopment projects to be carried out by Videotron or one of its designated agents.

For details about this policy, see Videotron’s Municipal billing policy.

Request from a city or municipality for relocation or redevelopment projects

There are many documents and information to gather, as well as costs to anticipate before submitting a request for relocation or redevelopment project. See which information must be included with your request:

• A complete description of the work to be carried out, including the required method — overhead or underground — and any other special features
• Work outlines and/or plans, photos, etc.
• The desired work schedule
• Administrative costs
• Any other special requirements, including emergency work

For the complete process, please refer to the Municipal billing policy.
