Check your most recent invoice to see if there is a Simplified Payment Option line under the taxes. If there is, consult the Simplified Payment Option section at the end of your invoice to see the balance of your device payment.
If you change your device, you will be billed for the balance in full on the invoice following the change. However, discounts or credits on the purchase of a new device (like the Trade-in Credit) may cover all or part of the balance due.
When you purchase a new cell phone, Videotron offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee that allows you to return or exchange your phone if you are not satisfied. Certain conditions apply.
Of course you can! Most devices are compatible with our network. All you have to do is check that your model is on the list of devices compatible with the VoLTE feature.
We recommend that you verify the terms of your agreement with your current provider using your invoices or your online account.
Contact us to find out about the monthly savings and purchase credits available to you when you activate a Mobile plan. These could cover all or part of the penalties, if any.

Choosing a new Mobile plan
All our Mobile plans include unlimited calls and text messages. The main differences between the plans are:
- The amount of mobile data included (GB)
- The territory covered (e.g., Canada only or Canada and the United States)
Already have a Mobile plan with us? From the User Centre + app (available on Google Play or in the App Store) or the Customer Centre on your computer, check your usage over the last few months to get an idea of your mobile data needs.

Frequently asked questions about choosing a phone or a Mobile plan
Generally speaking, calls and text messages without multimedia content do not require mobile data. You can even disable data on your device to avoid unpleasant surprises.
However, we recommend choosing a plan with at least a small amount of data. This option can be useful if you need to use the Internet in an emergency, but you don’t have access to a Wi-Fi network (e.g., to find an itinerary when you are on the road).
Yes. With the Family discount, you get a monthly discount of $5 to $15 per plan when you combine 2 to 4 Mobile plans under one account. The more plans you combine, the more your discount increases!
