The Sûreté du Québec police diver squad criss-crosses the province’s waterways. These ultra-specialized officers are crucial to the search for bodies or evidence that may be useful in criminal investigations. They work in the water, in the shadows, in the cold, and in the current. Their operations are sometimes perilous, but important for the families of victims hoping to find the body of a missing loved one.
