Videotron offers a range of Internet speeds with Helix, such as 60 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 500 Mbps, or GIGA, where access and technology permit.
No. You can get Helix Internet service and the high-performance Wi-Fi that comes with it without signing up for the Helix TV service.
With the Helix services, you must subscribe to Helix Internet in order to take advantage of Helix TV, as it uses IP (Internet Protocol) technology. Start by selecting the power of your Helix Internet connection and add the Helix TV service by opting for a Helix Internet and TV plan or a Helix Internet and Helix TV app plan.
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. As its name suggests, IPTV technology transmits video signals over Internet protocol, unlike conventional protocols that operate on radio frequencies.
In the case of traditional digital television over radio frequencies, broadcasters send signals, and the viewers who receive them can only see what is being broadcast. IPTV gives you greater flexibility when watching TV, because all your content from traditional Internet and TV platforms is grouped in one place and you can access it live, on demand, pre-recorded, or in lookback mode on your TV, mobile, tablet, or computer, wherever you are.

Use of Helix Fi app outside the home
Only Helix GO content is available. Content viewed must be on a channel included in the customer’s plan. Some live content may not be available outside Québec.

One Premium choice among illico+ (default), Superstations, or Super Channel is included in our TV (excluding TV Basic service plan) and TV App plans.
Multiservice discount
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to an eligible Mobile plan and Internet service. The offer entails a monthly discount of $10 per Line upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate between $45 and $74 (before any discount or credit); or $15 upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $75 (before any discount or credit). It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other special offers or additional monthly Data Add-ons. Certain conditions apply.

Equipment rental is subject to availability and gateway and terminal models may vary.
