GIGA Internet
Access to Unlimited GIGA Internet is offered exclusively where access and technology permit, and includes download speeds of up to 940 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps. Internet speed may vary based on technical configuration, customer’s wired and wireless equipment, environment, personal usage, Internet traffic, and other factors.
2.5 GIGA Internet
The 2.5 GIGA Internet plan is available only where access and technology permit. Maximum Internet speed at the gateway is 2.5 Gbps. Internet speed may vary based on the gateway, technical configuration, number and type of wired and wireless equipment, personal usage, environment, Internet traffic, server, shared use of Helix TV service (if applicable) and other factors.

Delivery
Packages are usually received within 48 working hours in urban areas and 72 working hours in rural areas following the order. Additional delays may occur during holiday periods.
