This limited-time offer applies to new Videotron customers who reside at eligible addresses and who subscribe to Helix Internet and TV. Customers who are already subscribed to a Videotron Internet or TV service are not eligible for this offer. Some addresses, due to a move, are not eligible for this offer. 2.5 GIGA Internet
The 2.5 GIGA Internet plan is available only where access and technology permit. Maximum Internet speed at the gateway is 2.5 Gbps. Internet speed may vary based on the gateway, technical configuration, number and type of wired and wireless equipment, personal usage, environment, Internet traffic, server, shared use of Helix TV service (if applicable) and other factors.

The Unlimited GIGA Internet plan is available on 97.5% of the territory covered by the Videotron network.
