This limited-time offer applies to new Helix customers who subscribe to Helix Internet. The offer entails: (a) a lifetime promotional discount of $10 per month, conditional upon customer maintaining their subscription to a Helix Internet plan with a minimum monthly service rate (before any promotional discount or credit, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes) of $75 and (b) the rental of the Helix Fi gateway, included for customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to a Helix Internet plan. Equipment rental is subject to availability and gateway models may vary. Customer has 30 days following activation of their subscription to cancel the agreement and get reimbursed the current monthly rate. However, the customer will be required to pay the amounts due for optional and occasional services. Services, conditions, and rates may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice. It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other special offers. Self-installation of equipment is offered free of charge to all customers who subscribe to Helix services (Internet and TV), where access and technology permit. Installation fees of $99 extra.
