Find your Wi-Fi network’s name and password

The network connection information is found on the back of your router. The network name is located after the acronym SSID. The password is the alphanumeric code linked to the WPA Key.

Good to know

Write down your network’s name and password—they will come in handy when you connect your devices or when guests want to connect to your network.

Both networks (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) have different names and operate independently. If your equipment is compatible with and detects the 5 GHz network (VIDEOTRONxxxx_5GHz or VIDEOTRONxxxx_media), we recommend you use it.
