Programming using the code list

This allows you to manually program a device according to the brand. To identify the codes for your device, see the list of codes.

1. Turn on the device to be programmed.
2. Hold down the SELECT and MUTE buttons until the mode buttons (CBL, TV, VIDEO, AUDIO) light up in slow rotation.
3. Point the remote control at the device, then enter the codes one at a time.
4. When the device turns off, press the MUTE button.
5. If the device turns back on, press SELECT to lock in the code.
6. If MUTE doesn’t turn the device back on, repeat steps 2 to 5 with the following code.
7. When the device turns off and turns back on, programming is successful.

Setting up the volume control

This allows you to select the device whose volume will be controlled by the remote.

For better audio quality, change the Audio: Volume Ctrl option to Fixed in the terminal settings.

1. Hold down the CBL and SELECT buttons until the CBL button lights up in red.
2. Press the VOL+ button.
3. Press TV, CBL (terminal), or AUDIO (audio system) depending on the device whose volume you want to control.

Setting up the TV/VCR button

This is necessary to control the TV source selection with the remote control. Otherwise, the original TV remote control must be used to change the source.

1. Hold down the TV/VCR and SELECT buttons until the CBL button lights up in red.
2. Press the TV or VIDEO button to operate the input function on the device you want.
3. The CBL button will flash 3 times to confirm programming.
